We appreciate all of you who were able to attend our GPTA 2020 Holiday Party. We missed the ones who could not attend it this year. 2020 brough tough challenges to our industry. But it is wonderful that we are able to connect with all of you and cherish your success. We look forward to a prosperous 2021!

George Amaya Tennis Director of the Year: Beth Clay - Tennis Director at Cherokee Town Club
The Director must manage a facility with (9) or more courts. The Director must be responsible for managing two or more professionals and be a GPTA member in good standing.
Woody Hoblitzell Tennis Director of the Year: Billy Uelze - Tennis Director at The River Club
The Director must manage a facility with no more than (8) courts. The Director must be responsible for managing one or more professionals and be a GPTA member in good standing.
Community Outreach Award: Rocky Warner at Greater Atlanta Christian School
This event, service, or tournament must impact the tennis community positively and help to grow the game of tennis.
Junior Professional of the Year Award: Archie Nikitin - TPC Sugarloaf Country Club
Professional must manage a portion of the overall junior tennis program, incorporating 10 and under programming and be a GPTA member in good standing.
Independent Professional of the Year: John Irvin - Hot Shotz Academy
The Professional must teach a minimum of 20 hours per week and be a GPTA member in good standing.
Adult Head Professional of the Year: Edgar Linares - Ansley Golf Club
The Professional must manage a portion of the overall adult tennis programming and must be a GPTA member in good standing.Assistant Professional of the Year: Joyce Bitaraes - Smoke Rise Country Club
The Professional must manage a portion of either the Adult or Junior Program and must be a GPTA member in good standing.
Phoenix Award: Patty O'Reilly - Universal Tennis Management Partner and Tennis Director at Blackburn Tennis Center
