Hello, my name is Jeff Chandley, and I have the pleasure to serve as the 2018 President of your GPTA. I have been a member of the GPTA since 2009 when I moved to Atlanta to become the Director of Tennis at the Atlanta Athletic Club. I want to continue the momentum that GPTA President Dave Dvorak and his board have generated over the past year. We have seen many opportunities to enhance our professional lives through the hard work of this board. The GPTA is a unique association, as it brings together area teaching professionals for one common goal. Let’s grow our profession and learn from each other.
The current board and past boards have laid the ground work for our success here in the largest tennis mecca in the country. I wanted to reach out to our membership to ask for help in continuing to build on GPTA’S foundation. I need professionals from all backgrounds and facilities, both club professionals and independents, to come on board and help us by volunteering to be on a committee for the 2018 term. If you have a desire to volunteer for your association, give me a call or send me an email at email@example.com I would love to hear from you.
